NUTRITION FUELING
OUR STORY // WHY THIS EXISTS
FUEL WAS THE LIMITING FACTOR.
Athletes were training with precision and eating by accident. threshld. closes that gap — real food, engineered to a training load, delivered on the day it’s needed.
01 // THE PROBLEM
Training is measured. Eating isn’t.
Power meters, heart-rate zones, sleep scores, lactate tests. Endurance athletes measure everything — then finish a four-hour ride and eat whatever is closest. Not from carelessness. From time.
The market’s answer has been supplements, macro-tracking apps, and meal kits that still require a kitchen and an hour. All of it puts more work on the athlete, at the exact point in the day when there’s least left to give.
02 // THE APPROACH
Built backwards from the session.
Every meal starts with a question about output: what does the body need before a threshold block, during a volume week, in the ninety minutes after a hard effort. The macros follow from the answer. Then a nutrition coach and a chef make it something you'd actually want to eat.
01 //
Numbers, not claims
Every meal ships with its macros on the label. No proprietary blends, no "clinically inspired."
02 //
Food, as prepared.
Cooked in a real kitchen, photographed without styling. What arrives is what you saw.
03 //
Timed, not tracked.
You execute the week’s training. We handle the sequencing. Nothing to log.
